It's the voice changer kits we used for transformer costumes, due to the audio includes magnetic parts, it's forbidden to be shipped by air, the package doesn't include audio. The green circuit card in the video is voice changer, it connects with battery pack.
1. Put 4 pieces of 1.5v batteris in the pack
2. Connect audio cable to voice changer and audio
3. Switch on the battery pack
4. Turn on the audio loud as much as possible
5. Then you can talk on the microphone
